Joy is built
in practice

Joy does not happen by chance. It can be built. Our workshops show, in practice, how to turn well-being, connection and engagement into intentional habits.

1 Building Well-Being Intentionally
An experiential workshop that combines concepts from positive psychology, neuroscience and intentional fun to help participants develop habits that strengthen well-being in everyday life. Through practical activities, reflection exercises and the building of action plans, each participant learns to create their own strategy for sustainable well-being.
2 Burnout Prevention in Practice
A workshop focused on identifying signs of emotional overload and developing practical resources to preserve energy, motivation and balance. Participants carry out self-assessment activities, map their stressors and create personalized strategies to increase emotional recovery and reduce factors that lead to exhaustion.
3 Discovering Your Playful Signature
Each person has different ways of experiencing pleasure, engagement and fun. In this workshop, participants take part in exercises and experiences to identify their main playful motivations, understand their natural engagement triggers and discover how to use that knowledge to increase satisfaction, productivity and quality of life.
4 Creativity and Innovation through Intentional Fun
Creativity flourishes when the brain feels safe to explore, experiment and imagine new possibilities. Using collaborative challenges, creative dynamics and techniques inspired by playful motivations, this workshop shows how fun can be used as a tool to stimulate innovation, problem-solving and creative thinking.
5 High-Energy Teams
A workshop focused on strengthening connection, collaboration and organizational climate through practical and highly participatory experiences. Participants take part in activities that show how small positive experiences can increase collective engagement, improve communication and create more energized and cooperative work environments.
6 The Map of Intentional Fun
A self-knowledge experience based on the tools developed from the book “Intentional Fun”. Participants carry out individual diagnostics, interpret their results and build a practical plan to use their main drivers of well-being, joy and engagement in their personal and professional lives.
7 The 7 Playful Motivations Applied to Work
A practical workshop that presents the seven playful motivations — novelty, surprise, challenge, controlled risk, fantasy, imitation and nostalgia — and shows how they can be used to increase engagement, creativity, learning and collaboration in teams. Through hands-on experiences, participants experience each motivation and learn ways to apply them in the corporate environment.
